**2009 DOG AND CAT LICENSES**
2009 Dog and Cat Licenses are now being issued. Please ensure that you license your pets prior to March 31, 2009 to avoid the assessment of late fees. All dogs and cats are required to be licensed upon reaching 7 months of age. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required at the time of licensing.
Licenses are available Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM at the Clementon Municipal Building, 101 Gibbsboro Road. Additional evening hours are available for pet licensing on Wednesdays from 8:00AM-9:00PM. You may also renew an animal license by mail. To avoid any inconvenience, please be sure to include proof of a current rabies vaccination, along with your application and the proper fee.

FREE RABIES CLINIC
The next free rabies clinic will be held on June 20, 2009 from 9:00am to Noon. The rabies clinic will be held at the Clementon Borough Garage, White Horse Avenue.

VITAL STATISTICS
Vital Records are available in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for any birth, death, or marriage that occurred in the Borough of Clementon. Requests for any vital record will be processed in the order in which they are recieved, with a 24 hour turn around time. Please be sure to bring valid identification and proof of relationship to the individual .
Certified copies of a vital record may only be issued to persons who establish themselves as the subject of the vital record, the subject's parent, legal guardian or legal representative, spouse, child, grandchild or sibling.
Applications for Marriage, Domestic Partnerships and Civil Unions are accepted during normal business hours.
